Technical Project Manager - Oracle HCM & ERP Integrations (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc. an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to oversee Oracle HCM (Human Capital Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). This role requires a strategic and technical leader who can ensure the seamless execution of projects while managing complex client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle technologies, integration, and project management, as well as a proven track record of successful project delivery. This is hybrid role, with the on-site portion being in Alexandria, Virginia.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end project management of Oracle HCM and ERP integrations, leveraging Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Work closely with stakeholders, business teams, and IT teams to define project goals, deliverables, and timelines.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring that any obstacles are addressed promptly.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communication, ensuring client satisfaction and managing expectations.
  • Manage an existing team of integration developer resources to drive project success and collaboration.
  • Monitor project performance using key metrics and report progress to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance on best practices for Oracle HCM and ERP integrations.
  • Oversee testing and validation of integrations, ensuring data integrity and system functionality.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant standards, policies, and procedures throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and training for internal teams and client post-implementation.

Job requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in project management, specifically with Oracle HCM and ERP systems.
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud applications and integration patterns.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) for system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HCM and ERP modules and their interdependencies.
