Location: Columbia, South Carolina (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months
Interview Process: 1 Round - Virtual/Online
Relocation: Candidate must currently reside in South Carolina or relocate prior to start date at own expense.
Required Skills
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, IT, Business, or equivalent experience
  • 7+ years of SAP HCM experience
  • 2+ full lifecycle SAP HCM project implementations
  • Experience leading SAP Public Sector implementations
  • Strong experience with SAP HR and Payroll modules
  • Experience with SAP enhancements, support packs, upgrades, and troubleshooting
  • Experience providing technical and functional SAP support
Preferred Skills
  • SAP Certification
  • Public Sector SAP implementation experience
  • SAP Payroll expertise
  • Experience supporting large enterprise SAP environments

Daily Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain SAP HCM application programs
  • Code, test, and implement configuration modifications in HR and Payroll modules
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP application and software issues
  • Translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
  • Support SAP project lifecycle activities from design through go-live
  • Develop custom infotypes and custom macros
  • Support HCM structural authorizations
  • Work with HR cluster tables and payroll schemas
  • Support Dynamic Actions and Remuneration Statements enhancements
  • Troubleshoot BSI Tax Factory 10.0 related issues
  • Research SAP OSS Notes and resolve technical issues
  • Prepare technical documentation, testing documentation, and support logs
  • Assist with SAP upgrades, support packs, and enhancement activities
  • Provide after-hours SAP production support when required
  • Facilitate requirement gathering and process improvement discussions
  • Identify and resolve SAP performance issues across multiple functional areas
  • Provide technical guidance and solution recommendations to functional teams
