iSolved HCM Implementation Specialist (Remote | No Sponsorship)
Overview
We are seeking an experienced iSolved HCM Implementation Specialist to lead full-cycle implementations for clients across the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This role is 100% remote but preference for candidates based in the DFW market. The ideal candidate brings strong functional expertise in iSolved, thrives in a client-facing environment, and can manage multiple implementations from kickoff through go-live.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end implementation of iSolved HCM solutions including payroll, benefits, HR, and time & attendance
  • Partner with clients to gather requirements, configure systems, and align workflows to business needs
  • Manage implementation timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
  • Configure and test system components including earnings, deductions, accruals, and integrations
  • Conduct client training sessions and provide post-go-live support
  • Collaborate with internal teams including sales, support, and project management to ensure successful delivery
  • Troubleshoot system issues and provide solutions during implementation and stabilization phases
  • Ensure accuracy of payroll setup and compliance with federal and state regulations

Qualifications
  • 3+ years of hands-on iSolved HCM implementation experience
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processing, tax setup, benefits administration, and timekeeping systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple client implementations simultaneously
  • Experience conducting client discovery sessions and translating requirements into system configurations
  • High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to work remotely while supporting clients in the DFW region

Preferred
  • CPP or FPC certification
  • Experience with data migration, system integrations, or API connections
  • Background in a PEO, HCM provider, or payroll services environment

Additional Details
  • Location: Remote but must reside in Dallas–Fort Worth area
