As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at HCA Wellness Center, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and developing individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based practices.
• Providing therapeutic interventions using modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of patient records.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and peer support specialists, to ensure seamless and coordinated patient care.
• Engaging in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to exchange insights and continuously improve the standard of care provided.
• Educating clients and their families about mental health challenges, treatment pathways, and available community resources, fostering a supportive network for recovery.
• Staying informed about the latest developments and research in mental health to integrate contemporary techniques into your practice.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, primarily individuals dealing with mental health challenges associated with substance use disorders.
