• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations, collaborating with other professionals to coordinate client care and enhance treatment outcomes.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, staying abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research.

The successful candidate will work with a varied client population, including individuals and families from diverse backgrounds facing mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Our clinic prioritizes accessibility and inclusivity, serving clients who may have limited access to mental health resources.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• An active and unrestricted LPC license in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience in a mental health setting.
• Strong understanding of legal, ethical, and professional standards in counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to build rapport with diverse populations.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team environment.
• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Experience working with underserved populations.

• The annual salary ranges from $70,000 to $90,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
