Homeward Bound is seeking a dependable and compassionate Appointment Float DSP to provide high-quality care to individuals with developmental and physical disabilities. In this role, you'll travel between sites to support medical appointments and train new team members-making a meaningful difference every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transport and accompany individuals to routine and follow-up medical appointments

  • Communicate between medical providers, nurses, and direct care teams

  • Deliver respectful, person-centered care in home and community settings

  • Mentor and train staff across multiple HBI locations
