D.R. Horton, Inc. is currently looking for a Home Buyers Club Processor for their Financial Services DHI Homebuyers Club Department. The right candidate will give general assistance to various Credit Advocates and Managers.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform general duties for Credit Advocates as requested
  • Take calls from clients and answer questions regarding HBC and enrollment.
  • Make initial call to customers for all new enrollments referred by Loan Officers.
  • Send out enrollment packets to customers for membership into HBC.
  • Enroll customers into HBC within the HBC Database.
  • Follow up with clients on a daily/weekly basis.
  • Communicate with Credit Advocates, Loan Officers, and Sales Agents about referrals daily.
  • Input data into HBC database on a consistent basis.
  • Update, maintain and communicate status of referrals, enrollees, closings to all involved parties on a regular basis.
  • Must be able to work well with others.         

Education and/or Experience   

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
