About the Role:
Join Kiddie Round-Up Inc as a PreK 3 Teacher and inspire young minds in a nurturing environment! We are seeking a passionate educator who is ready to create engaging learning experiences for our little ones in Austin, TX at 2 Harmony Public School Campuses: Harmony Science Academy; 930 E Rundberg Ln, Austin, TX 78753 and Harmony School of Innovation; 2100 E St Elmo Rd Suite A, Austin, TX 78744. This is a PreK partnership between and Early Childhood Learning Center and a Public School District. 
Responsibilities:
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and activities.
  • Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Foster social, emotional, and cognitive development in children.
  • Conduct regular assessments to track student progress.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about student development.
  • Collaborate with other educators and staff to enhance the educational experience.
  • Maintain classroom organization and manage behavior effectively.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
Requirements:
  • Associate's degree in early childhood education or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a preschool or early childhood setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and child development.
  • Ability to create engaging and interactive lesson plans.
