Our client, a leader in defense and surveillance avionics systems, is seeking a dedicated Hardware Test Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Hardware Test Engineer, you will be an integral part of the hardware development, testing, and certification process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, meticulous attention to detail, and a proactive approach to collaboration, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Hardware Test Engineer

Location:ย Phoenix, AZ or Redmond, WA (On Site)

What's the Job?

  • Support hardware development, testing, and certification activities for defense and surveillance systems.
  • Develop and validate comprehensive test setups to ensure hardware functionality and reliability.
  • Assist in certification processes and prepare detailed documentation to meet industry standards.
  • Collaborate across verification, audits, and troubleshooting teams to resolve hardware issues efficiently.
  • Interface with quality, manufacturing, and customer teams to ensure seamless project execution.

What's Needed?

  • Extensive lab and test experience with hardware systems.
