At Radiance Technologies, we're not just filling a role; we're building our next Program Manager. As a 100% employee-owned company, we're seeking a Deputy Project Manager to support the Army Tactical Aviation and Ground Munitions (TAGM) Project Office, with a clear path to program leadership.

This position is contingent on funding with an expected start date of July/August 2026.
We have seeking 6 Deputy Project Managers (3 with a secret clearance and 3 with a Top Secret Clearance.
What You'll Do
  • Partner directly with the Program Manager to execute payload development programs supporting critical Army mission needs
  • Gain hands-on experience across cost, schedule, and performance management with a clear trajectory to future PM roles
  • Support and help lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver on contractual technical requirements
  • Develop and manage program schedules, milestones, and deliverables
  • Identify and drive mitigation of program risks, ensuring proactive execution
  • Prepare and deliver monthly status reports and leadership-level updates
  • Support and participate in Program Management Reviews (PMRs) and technical reviews
  • Coordinate across engineering, business operations, and Government stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
  • Assist with budget tracking, resource allocation, and program planning
  • Support hardware procurement, travel planning, and operational execution
  • Operate independently in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment with aggressive timelines

Required Skills/ Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
  • 10+ years of experience supporting Army, DoD, or similar defense programs
  • Strong background in program execution, coordination, and team leadership
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities across cost, schedule, and technical performance
  • Proven ability to operate effectively in high-tempo, mission-driven environments
  • U.S. Citizenship with an active Secret clearance

Desired Skills/ Experience
  • Master's degree in relevant technical field
  • Experience within an Army Project Office or acquisition environment
  • Background in missile systems, payload development, or weapons integration
  • Experience supporting or leading engineering-focused programs
