Job Summary / Objectives

The Intern position is focused on Engineering or Physics students that can contribute to the organization while working on their theoretical schoolwork. The position will be varied throughout the organization with the majority of tasks being focused on supporting production activities.


What Your Weeks Will Look Like:

You will:

  • Work with a team to complete weekly/ monthly goals.
  • Complete training on specific epoxy and assembly techniques.
  • Perform functions within the production and engineering labs on precise hardware.
  • Completing/ documenting work actions IAW company procedures
  • Participate in continuous improvement activities.

Other Aspects of the Position:

  • Able to understand and work with technical drawings and work instructions, as needed
Requirements:

  • Ability to organize workload and priorities to meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work both as a team member and as an individual.
  • High energy with can do attitude
  • Strong team contributor in a dynamic workflow environment with good time management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-starter – looks for areas of improvement and tackles them.?
  • Possibly some CAD (SolidWorks/ AutoCAD) drawing, red-lines, and updates.

Requirements

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

  • Must be a US Person
  • BSME/ BSEE in process or equivalent experience.
  • Currently enrolled in an Engineering/ Science program.
