Position Overview:As a Cook, you'll prepare and cook menu items to Gus Snug's standards, ensuring every plate is consistent, delicious, and timely. You'll maintain a clean and organized workstation, follow recipes, and work closely with other kitchen staff to deliver great guest experiences.
Responsibilities:Prepare, season, and cook menu items according to recipes and standards.
Ensure food is cooked and presented to meet quality expectations.
Work efficiently to keep up with guest orders during busy service times.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and kitchen areas.
Follow proper food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Assist in receiving, rotating, and storing food supplies.
Collaborate with other kitchen team members to ensure smooth operations
Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred, but willing to train the right person.
Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment and safety practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
