What You'll Do

  • Diagnose residential plumbing issues quickly and accurately.
  • Present repair and replacement options to homeowners with honesty and professionalism.
  • Perform service, repair, and installation work to the highest standards.
  • Communicate clearly with customers and teammates.
  • Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle.
  • Complete digital work orders, photos, and documentation.
  • Follow all company safety policies and plumbing codes.


What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 3 years of residential plumbing experience.
  • Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning, fixtures, water service, and sewer repairs.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to work independently while being a great team player.
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus but not required.
