In this unique hybrid role, you will be the heartbeat of both our kitchen and our storefront. You will assist in bringing our delicious recipes to life behind the scenes while setting gorgeous retail displays and providing top-tier service to our guests out front. What You'll Do
In the Kitchen:
  • Prep with Precision: Follow daily prep lists to wash, chop, and portion ingredients, ensuring everything is organized, labeled, and easily accessible.
  • Culinary Creation: Execute foundational cooking techniques (reducing sauces, parboiling) and assemble our signature salads, sandwiches, and entrees.
  • Safety & Sanitation: Uphold impeccable health and safety standards by washing dishes, sanitizing workstations, and properly storing all food items.
  • Team Support: Jump in to assist fellow kitchen personnel with prep and other culinary duties as needed.

On the Retail Floor:
  • Exceptional Service: Greet guests warmly, answer questions, and pack, weigh, price, and recommend display case items with pleasure.
  • Merchandising: Design and maintain attractive, fresh, and highly organized storefront retail displays.
  • Store Operations: Confidently manage cash and credit transactions at the register and answer phone calls with outstanding etiquette.
  • Seamless Teamwork: Provide lateral coverage across the store, stepping up wherever the team needs you most.

  • Experience: High school diploma or equivalent is required. Previous culinary training or kitchen experience is a major plus!
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand and walk for extended shifts, bend, stoop, climb ladders, and lift up to 40 lbs.
