Overview
Serves as a role model for service excellence and improves the guest experience by providing caring and compassionate customer service to our patients, guests, and staff. Serves as the initial point of contact at key entry points. This sets the tone for a remarkable guest experience.
Responsible for greeting patients, guests, and coworkers providing information and way finding, communicating current hospital guidelines and policies, and ensuring guest oversight of assigned areas. Will maintain a welcoming and safe environment, provide immediate service recovery, and perform various clerical duties as assigned.
Must have an ongoing comprehensive knowledge of hospital services and facility resources to ensure every guest has a remarkable experience. This is an essential role and will be required, especially during inclement weather, emergencies, and disasters.
**Cross trained to support E Tower, Heart Center, and Critical Care waiting areas
