About Us

At Flamme Burger, we pride ourselves on offering an elevated casual dining experience with chef-driven dishes, genuine hospitality, and a vibrant atmosphere. We’re looking for energetic, service-minded individuals to join our team as Guest Experience Team Members—a dynamic position that supports front-of-house operations through hosting, bussing, and food expediting.

Job Summary

As a Guest Experience Team Member, you are a key player in creating a seamless and memorable dining experience for every guest. Your role will rotate between welcoming and seating guests, maintaining clean and organized dining areas, and coordinating the timely delivery of food from the kitchen to the table.

  • Base / hourly pay with DAILY CASH TIP-OUT!!!
  • Guest Experience typically works Thursday - Sunday and some holidays.
  • Shifts are split, but if "working doubles" is your vibe...we can figure it out!!
  • 11:00a-4:00p, 4:00p-9:00p (Thursday), Noon-8p (Fri & Sat), Noon-8p (Sunday)...are "typical" work schedules.
  • Must be able to lift 40lbs, sweep and roll-up floor rugs at end of the night

Key Responsibilities

Host Duties

  • Greet all guests warmly and with genuine hospitality

  • Manage reservations and waitlists

  • Communicate wait times effectively and manage seating flow

  • Assist with to-go orders (DoorDash & GrubHub) and takeout as needed - - helping ensure these orders are 100% accurate

Busser Duties

  • Clear, sanitize, and reset tables quickly and efficiently

  • Refill water glasses and assist servers with guest requests

  • Maintain cleanliness of the dining room and service areas

  • Support with restocking glassware, napkins, and silverware

Food Expediter Duties ("Expo")

  • Serve as the communication link between kitchen and front-of-house

  • Ensure food is presented properly and delivered to the correct tables

  • Double-check ticket accuracy and special requests before food leaves the kitchen

  • Help maintain pace of service during peak hours

Qualifications

  • Previous restaurant experience preferred but not required

  • Always smiling and making our guests feel welcome! This is a fun workplace.

  • Ability to multitask and work calmly under pressure

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Strong attention to detail and a guest-first attitude

  • Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
