What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of progressive Revenue Management experience within the hospitality industry.
  • Previous leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Strong knowledge of hotel revenue management principles, distribution channels, and pricing strategies.
  • Experience with hospitality revenue management systems and hotel sales CRM platforms.
  • Excellent analytical, forecasting, and statistical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships across departments.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with remote and on-property teams.
