Come be part of the excitement in Indianapolis! The new Signia by Hilton Indianapolis is scheduled to open in December 2026, and we're building our opening team. We're seeking an on-property Group Reservations Coordinator to join us and play a key role in the hotel's success.
Reporting to the Group Reservations Manager, this position will partner closely with the Sales and Events teams to oversee all group reservations, ensuring a seamless guest experience from booking through arrival.
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m., with flexibility to work weekends as needed to support major group arrivals
Location: On property at Signia by Hilton Indianapolis

Responsibilities
Here's what you'll do during a typical day:
  • Process group reservations: Coordinate group booking details, including rooming lists, suites, event resumes, and billing requirements.
  • Ensure seamless communication: Act as a liaison to verify and relay reservation information between internal and external stakeholders, including meeting planners, housing bureaus, convention teams, and the front office
  • Provide exceptional customer service: Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from clients, guests, and team members
  • Support special projects: Assist with coordinating departmental initiatives or ad-hoc assignments
  • Provide administrative support: Assist department managers with clerical work such as word processing, data entry, filing, and copying
