Job Summary:
Guardian Life is transforming the advisor experience through an integrated technology ecosystem. They are seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead their Client Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales Enablement platforms, focusing on enhancing advisor effectiveness and driving product strategy.
Responsibilities:
• Define and drive the roadmap for CRM and sales enablement platforms aligned to Guardian’s integrated ecosystem
• Manage and coach a team of Product Owners, providing mentorship and performance feedback
• Build a high-performing product team through coaching in agile practices and stakeholder engagement
• Engage directly with advisors and agency leaders to understand workflows and needs
• Translate field insights into scalable, user-centric platform capabilities
• Balance flexibility required by entrepreneurial agencies with enterprise consistency
• Lead development of CRM and sales enablement capabilities across advisor workflows
• Ensure integration across Guardian’s advisor technology ecosystem
• Drive prioritization of AI-enabled capabilities within platform strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver product outcomes
• Manage dependencies, risks, and vendor relationships (e.g., Salesforce, Seismic)
• Define and track OKRs tied to advisor productivity and adoption
Qualifications:
Required:
• 10+ years of experience in product management for CRM or sales enablement
• Experience managing and developing Product Owners
