  • Create engaging learning experiences and highquality enablement assets-including structured learning paths, assessments, certifications, and facilitator guides-that ensure a cohesive, scalable onboarding journey.
  • Plan and facilitate Edmentum's quarterly, inperson GTM New Hire Bootcamps, managing curriculum and agendas, content delivery, logistics, and postevent evaluation. These programs will serve as a key cultural and performance foundation for GTM teams.
  • Collaborate with leaders across GTM, Product, HR, and RevOps to ensure onboarding content accurately reflects current initiatives, product updates, workflows, and gotomarket motions. Your work will help unify GTM readiness across the organization.
  • Use data and insights to continuously refine onboarding, analyzing LMS engagement, participant feedback, and productivity metrics to optimize program outcomes and improve newhire effectiveness.
  • Serve as the primary onboarding liaison for new GTM hires, ensuring they feel supported, informed, and confident as they transition into their roles.

  • You have a strong foundation in adult learning, instructional design, or enablement development principles.
  • You create clear, structured learning paths, assessments, and certifications that drive measurable capability growth.
  • You are proficient with LMS or enablement platforms such as Highspot.
  • You are highly organized and able to manage multiple programs, deadlines, and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • You are datadriven and experienced in evaluating training effectiveness through analytics and participant insights.
  • You collaborate effectively across GTM, Product, RevOps, and HR, adapting your communication style to diverse audiences.
  • You are an excellent communicator with strong presentation skills and the ability to simplify complex concepts.
  • You understand GTM roles, processes, KPIs, and workflows and can translate them into learnerfriendly content.
  • You have experience planning and delivering complex, inperson events such as multiday training sessions or bootcamps.
  • You are willing to take on evolving responsibilities based on business needs.
