Job Summary

Crossroads Camps creates intentional, set-apart spaces where people encounter God, experience transformation, and leave renewed, connected, and changed. As Camps continues to grow nationally, we are seeking a strategic and execution-minded marketing leader to help expand the reach and impact of Camps beyond the Crossroads community. The Camps Marketing & Growth Lead will oversee external marketing, audience growth, campaign execution, digital communication, and registration growth across all Camps experiences. Working closely with the Camps Director, this person will help translate vision and brand direction into compelling campaigns, effective growth strategies, and consistent communication that helps more people discover and engage with Camps.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Help develop and execute external marketing strategies that increase awareness, registrations, and audience growth across Camps.

  • Lead registration campaigns, launch timelines, and promotional efforts across all Camps experiences.

  • Oversee paid advertising strategy and campaign coordination across platforms including Meta, YouTube, Google, and other digital channels.

  • Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, and overall marketing performance to help strengthen growth efforts.

  • Coordinate launch messaging, speaker announcements, communication rhythms, and promotional sequencing.

  • Oversee external communication efforts across social media, email campaigns, websites, and other audience-facing platforms.

  • Help ensure all communication and campaigns reflect the voice, identity, and emotional experience of Camps.

  • Partner with the Camps Storytelling Creator to coordinate storytelling, content strategy, and campaign messaging.

  • Build repeatable workflows and communication processes that support sustainable growth and consistent campaign execution.

  • Collaborate closely with the Camps Director, Studio, Digital, Communications, contractors, and external partners to support aligned execution across campaigns and experiences.

Education Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, communications, business, digital media, or related field.

  • Equivalent professional experience will also be considered.

Experience/Skills Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, campaign leadership, audience growth, digital marketing, or brand strategy.

  • Experience leading or coordinating marketing campaigns for events, conferences, brands, or large-scale experiences preferred.

  • Strong understanding of paid advertising, audience targeting, digital campaigns, and marketing systems.

  • Experience managing social media strategy, email campaigns, and digital communication platforms.

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and project coordination skills.

  • Ability to move fluidly between strategy and hands-on execution.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.

  • Self-starter with strong ownership mentality and growth instincts.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to walk up to 5 miles, standing, climbing, lifting, pulling, and/or pushing, carrying, reaching, and stooping as duties required. Must be able to lift up 25 lbs.

Schedule/Travel Requirements

  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including weekdays, weekends, during camp events, and other high impact events at Crossroads.
