  • Performance-Strategien entwickeln und vorantreiben: Du verantwortest die Entwicklung, Steuerung und kontinuierliche Optimierung unserer Performance-Marketing-Strategien, mit echtem Eigenantrieb und klarem Blick auf Wirkung.

  • Kampagnen zum Leben erwecken: Du planst, setzt um und wertest Kampagnen über Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Pinterest Ads, YouTube und Display Retargeting aus, kanalübergreifend, datenbasiert und immer mit dem Ziel, zu performen.

  • Budgets eigenverantwortlich steuern: Du übernimmst die Planung und Steuerung unserer Marketingbudgets und setzt sie dort ein, wo sie den größten Impact erzielen.

  • KPIs analysieren und Potenziale heben: Du hast relevante Kennzahlen wie ROAS, CPA, CAC, Conversion Rate, CTR und CPC im Blick, leitest konkrete Optimierungsmaßnahmen ab und setzt sie konsequent um.

  • Testen, lernen, optimieren: Du konzipierst und wertest A/B-Tests für Creatives und Kampagnen aus und bringst so unsere Performance kontinuierlich voran.

  • Interdisziplinär zusammenarbeiten und sichtbar machen: Als zentrale Schnittstelle arbeitest du eng mit Campaign, Country, Content, Design, Webentwicklung und E-Commerce zusammen und präsentierst deine Ergebnisse in regelmäßigen Reportings.


  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder Ausbildung im Bereich BWL, Marketing oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung

  • 3–5 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Performance Marketing, idealerweise im D2C- oder E-Commerce-Umfeld

  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Meta Ads Manager sowie Erfahrung mit weiteren Paid-Kanälen wie TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube oder Display Retargeting

  • Du interpretierst KPIs souverän, denkst datenbasiert und leitest daraus klare Handlungsempfehlungen ab

  • Strukturierte, detailorientierte und kommunikative Arbeitsweise – du behältst auch in dynamischen Phasen den Überblick

  • Gute Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
