POSITION SUMMARY
  • The Segment Growth Marketing Analyst partners with Segment Growth Marketing Leaders across NeoCloud, Telecom, Enterprise, and Commercial & Industrial (C&I) to execute and optimize integrated marketing initiatives. This role advances strategies that drive reputation, revenue, and relationships, while strengthening sales enablement through measurable, data-driven programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and execution-focused, with a strong track record of delivering both digital and in-person initiatives that accelerate pipeline growth and create impact across segments.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Execute and optimize integrated marketing programs across NeoCloud, Telecom, Enterprise, and C&I segments to support pipeline growth and business objectives.
  • Partner closely with Segment Growth Marketing Leaders to translate strategy into actionable campaigns and initiatives.
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver digital and in-person marketing activities, including events, webinars, and targeted campaigns.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination using project management tools.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign and event performance, ensuring alignment with KPIs and pipeline impact.
  • Collaborate with sales, regional marketing, and cross-functional teams, while maintaining accurate marketing attribution and supporting segment-specific messaging and materials.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • Preferred 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology environments with exposure to campaigns, events, and digital marketing execution.
  • Strong project management skills with experience using tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Google Sheets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and regions.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects independently.
  • Proactive, execution-focused, and results-driven, with a strong sense of ownership and urgency.
  • Intermediate knowledge of layout and graphic design, with the ability to guide stakeholders and designers toward effective outputs.
  • Passion for driving measurable marketing impact across segments.
  • Marketing Automation Platform (Eloqua), 6sense, and/or CRM Platform (Oracle Sales Cloud), Sprinklr, and Wrike experience is a strong plus.
  • Certifications in digital marketing or marketing automation platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Project management certification (e.g., PMP, CAPM, or Agile/Scrum) is a plus.
