Due to our continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Marketing Growth Manager to join our Marketing team. This role reports directly to the Vice President of Marketing and is responsible for accelerating brand awareness, generating qualified leads, strengthening customer engagement, and driving revenue growth across our Single Family, Multifamily, Dealer business segments. The ideal candidate is a data-driven marketer who enjoys building scalable programs, testing new ideas, leveraging technology, and creating stronger alignment between marketing and sales.
Job Summary
The Marketing Growth Manager serves as the strategic leader responsible for demand generation, lead nurturing, customer engagement, and revenue-focused marketing initiatives across the organization. This individual will partner closely with Marketing, Sales, and Executive Leadership to develop and execute growth strategies that create measurable business results.
The ideal candidate understands that successful marketing extends beyond generating leads. This role is responsible for helping move prospects through the marketing funnel, conducting initial qualification conversations, identifying customer needs, and ensuring sales representatives receive highly qualified, sales-ready opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
• Develop and execute integrated growth marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate qualified leads, improve conversion rates, and drive revenue growth.
• Advise digital demand generation programs across channels, including SEO, AEO, paid media, content marketing, email marketing, website optimization, and social media.
• Develop lead-scoring methodologies, customer journeys, and nurturing programs that move prospects from initial awareness through qualification and conversion.
• Conduct initial discovery calls with prospective customers to identify needs, evaluate opportunities, determine fit, and transition qualified, sales-ready leads to the appropriate sales representative.
• Partner with Sales leadership to establish lead qualification criteria, improve handoff processes, and strengthen alignment between marketing activities and revenue goals.
• Identify, evaluate, and recommend industry trade shows, conferences, networking events, and association partnerships that align with Organized Living's strategic growth objectives.
• Develop annual event strategies, establish performance goals, and analyze return on investment related to trade shows, conferences, and industry partnerships.
• Assist planning and execute pre-event and post-event marketing campaigns that increase engagement, strengthen relationships, and generate qualified opportunities.
• Develop automated nurturing campaigns and follow-up strategies that convert event attendees and prospects into customers and long-term relationships.
• Manage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, lead-nurturing workflows, and performance reporting processes.
• Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, market trends, and business intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Develop compelling content, educational resources, digital campaigns, and customer experiences that strengthen engagement throughout the customer journey.
• Lead testing and optimization initiatives related to messaging, landing pages, conversion rates, digital experiences, and campaign performance.
• Provide regular reporting and insights regarding pipeline development, lead quality, customer acquisition, conversion rates, and return on investment.
• Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, customer focus, innovation, and continuous improvement throughout the organization.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Analytics, or a related field preferred.
• Five or more years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, revenue marketing, or a related field.
• Proven success developing and executing marketing programs that produce measurable business growth.
• Experience managing marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing technologies.
• Strong understanding of SEO, AEO, paid advertising, email marketing, analytics, website optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
• Experience qualifying leads, conducting customer discovery conversations, or supporting sales development activities is highly desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong project management, organizational, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Experience within residential construction, building products, manufacturing, technology, multifamily housing, or related industries is preferred.
