Concourse

Job description

About Concourse
Concourse builds AI agents for corporate finance teams.
We connect core enterprise data sources and deploy AI agents that can analyze the data through natural language, deliver insights in seconds, and enable our customers to make better decisions. Since launching less than a year ago, Concourse has grown extremely rapidly. Our AI agents are deployed across hundreds of high-growth companies, unicorn startups like Persona, Front, Lightmatter, and large public companies - including multiple Fortune 500 customers.
Concourse is backed by Andreessen Horowitz, CRV, YC, Standard Capital, and 50+ angel investors from companies like OpenAI, Cursor, Vercel, Brex, Carta, Rippling, 1Password, Deel, Jeeves, and DoorDash.
About the Role
We're hiring a GTM Engineer who blends engineering skill with growth instincts and a strong bias for building leverage.
Your mission is to help Concourse increase sales velocity by building and shipping solutions to close more deals, accelerate sales cycles, and scale our pipeline and reach.
You'll work directly with the CEO to create AI-driven playbooks and solutions as well as build internal agents, creating demos, automating outbound, generating technical content, and jumping into high-priority customer conversations when needed.
This role is perfect for builders who love shipping scrappy technical solutions, enjoy working directly with customers, and want to sit at the intersection of engineering, growth, and sales.
Key Responsibilities
  • Generate More Pipeline: Build AI SDRs, outbound engines, automated content workflows, and technical growth hacks that create and qualify opportunities at scale.
  • Build High-Impact Demos: Create interactive, magical demo environments, templates, and live workflows that impress prospects and differentiate Concourse.
  • Accelerate Sales Cycles: Develop internal agents and automation that prep account research, personalize collateral, generate content, and shorten time-to-close.
  • Join Key Customer Conversations: Run technical demos, unblock integrations, answer deep technical questions, and help bring strategic deals across the finish line.
  • Ship Experiments Across the GTM Surface Area: Run SEO/AEO experiments, launch marketing content, prototype new onboarding flows, and support product-led growth motions.
  • Create Reusable Sales Assets: Build POC templates, sample data environments, architecture diagrams, and customer-facing resources that enable the GTM team to operate at 10x speed.
  • Influence Product Through Customer Insights: Surface recurring patterns, gaps, and opportunities from customer interactions and feed them directly into product and engineering decisions.
About You
  • 2+ years of technical experience in engineering, growth engineering, sales engineering, solutions architecture, or another technical role with customer exposure
  • Comfortable writing code (Python, JavaScript, etc.) to build internal tools, automations, and lightweight systems; strong with SQL, APIs, debugging, and solving technical problems in real time
  • A growth-minded builder who thinks strategically about scaling, automation, and creative customer acquisition in an AI-first world
  • Excellent communicator who can explain complex concepts simply, create compelling demos, and collaborate closely with GTM and engineering
  • Bias toward action where you love to move fast, self-direct, prioritize high-impact work, and thrive in high-velocity environments
  • Familiarity with finance systems, finance workflows, CFO stakeholders, and our buyer personas (preferred but not required)
  • Familiarity with B2B SaaS and fintech GTM motions, with ideas and taste for what excellent execution looks like in B2B (preferred but not required)

Why You Should Join Us
Joining Concourse is an incredible opportunity to get in at the ground level of a high-growth, category-defining AI company. Every person we hire meaningfully shapes the product, culture, and trajectory of the business, and we compensate accordingly with top-of-market salary and equity.
You'll have a high degree of ownership from day one. We move fast, build aggressively, and operate with very little bureaucracy. You'll work directly with the founders and founding team, ship impactful work weekly, and play a core role in scaling the company.
We're in person 5 days a week in our new NYC HQ in Flatiron, where we collaborate tightly, iterate quickly, and build an environment that's both high-energy and deeply focused. We believe the best work, and the fastest learnings, happen together.
We care about your growth. You'll get direct mentorship, opportunities to stretch into new skills across engineering, AI, and GTM, and the support of a team that wants you to succeed. This is a place to accelerate your career, build your brand, and make an outsized impact.
