Job description

You've mastered growth engineering at a world-class growth org. You're comfortable being scrappy, want to move fast, and care about the customer. You could go get another growth engineering role, or you could be a foundational piece of a rocketship that is building the world's first AI growth engineer.
The day-to-day work will consist of building and scaling our offering, helping shape the direction of the product, and by extension, the future of growth engineering.
You must have experience building high-quality, complex, yet maintainable products, and you should be able to do so in a fraction of the time that most competent people think is possible (in part because of your ability to wield the latest in code generation). Importantly, your skills will not just be used in building our product, but also to help our AI system do growth engineering for our customers.
"You guys are insane."
-OpenAI team
About Us:
  • At Coframe, we're giving every website and app its own AI growth engineer. We envision a future where user interfaces can adapt, evolve, and personalize themselves, giving the internet its own sense of life and intelligence. We are a primarily in-person company based in San Francisco.
  • Our values are core to who we are and how we operate: agency, truth-seeking, growth, and velocity.
  • We are well-capitalized with backing from Khosla Ventures, Nat Friedman, the founder of Android, and others.
  • Our team is small and talent-dense, consisting of competitive programmers, former founders (our founder previously co-founded a unicorn), and AI researchers from top institutions who have created a few of the most popular OSS code generation projects.

Qualifications:
  • World-class growth engineering experience
  • Demonstrated focus on driving business outcomes and intuition for great experiments
  • Ability to architect robust, maintainable codebases
  • Ability to ship fast and balance quality vs. speed effectively
  • Strong communication is essential
  • Experience with LLMs is a plus
  • Early-stage startup/founder experience is a plus
