$2,000 Sign-on Bonus

Provides oversight of a group home(s) with adults that have intellectual and developmental disabilities. Promotes a supportive and accepting environment within the home for the residents and their families and regularly monitors each resident in the home to assure residents' needs are met. Programs provided by the residence must meet licensing and accreditation standards and conform to the agency's values, performance standards, policies, and procedures.

The Residence Manager supervises personnel as delineated by the organizational chart, and is responsible for providing a positive work atmosphere that reflects the agency values.
