We are committed to maintaining the beauty and quality of our course to ensure that every round played is memorable for our guests.

Job Description: As a Groundskeeper at Bear's Den Golf Course, you will play a vital role in maintaining the beauty and functionality of our course. You will work closely with the groundskeeping team to ensure that our greens, fairways, and landscaping are impeccably maintained to provide an exceptional experience for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming to upkeep the appearance of greens, fairways, and rough areas.
  2. Monitor and maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of the course.
  3. Operate and maintain groundskeeping equipment including mowers, trimmers, and utility vehicles.
  4. Perform landscaping duties such as planting, pruning, and mulching to enhance the aesthetic appeal of the course.
  5. Assist in the implementation of pest control measures to protect the course from damage.
  6. Collaborate with the groundskeeping team to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance course conditions.
  7. Follow safety procedures and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others.
