Work Environment

As a remote community health clinic, our work environment is designed to facilitate flexibility and responsiveness. We operate seven days a week from 7 am to 10 pm, allowing our mental health counselors to have a balanced work-life schedule while being readily available to clients, fostering greater accessibility to mental health services.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will take on a variety of responsibilities aimed at fostering client growth and resilience:

  • Conduct thorough assessments on clients to develop personalized therapy strategies that resonate with their specific needs and challenges.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups effectively utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused methodologies.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of clinical records, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while safeguarding client information.
  • Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings to collaborate effectively on client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training sessions to remain abreast of the latest mental health research and best practices.

Qualifications
