Position Overview

Greenleaf Psychotherapy LLC is seeking a dedicated and licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) to join our remote team on a full-time basis. This role focuses on providing compassionate care and individualized therapy to clients navigating various mental health challenges. Work Environment

This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule effectively while ensuring accessibility for clients. All interactions are facilitated through our secure telehealth platform, which ensures confidentiality and a seamless therapeutic experience. Our operational hours extend from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, enabling counselors to provide care to clients across various time zones and schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy strategies tailored to the specific needs and challenges of clients, conducting thorough assessments to guide treatment plans.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to various groups, including individuals, couples, and families, ensuring comprehensive support is provided.
• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy, adapting techniques to fit each client's unique circumstances.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care for clients, contributing insights from individual counseling sessions to facilitate treatment planning.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records following legal and ethical guidelines, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Engage in ongoing professional development by attending workshops and training sessions, keeping abreast of the latest advancements in mental health research and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our client base encompasses a diverse range of individuals seeking support for various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. As a counselor at Greenleaf Psychotherapy, you'll have the opportunity to work with clients from different backgrounds, tailoring your therapeutic approach to meet their distinct needs. This role is central to improving patients' emotional and psychological resilience, facilitating their journey toward recovery and well-being.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington state.
• A minimum of two years of clinical counseling experience, demonstrating a history of effective treatment delivery.
• Strong knowledge of and commitment to legal and ethical standards within mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, fostering a trusting and respectful relationship with diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team, enhancing client care.
• Proficiency in using EMR software and other relevant technologies to manage client information and treatment documentation.

Preferred Experience

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly preferred.
• Experience in virtual or telehealth settings is an advantage, as we prioritize optimal care delivery through technology.

Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to competitive pay, Greenleaf Psychotherapy offers a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
