Job Description:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead ESG related disclosures and attestations and to shape business outcomes that are responsive to all stakeholders
  • Create, maintain, and publish in concert with internal stakeholders a Sustainability/Environmental annual report
  • Lead change efforts to establish and achieve carbon reduction targets across the enterprise
  • Conduct environmental disclosure benchmarking within relevant sectors/markets
  • Establish data collection and curation methods in partnership with internal teams
  • Support the ongoing development and deployment of pertinent internal controls
  • Oversee reporting to external platforms such as Carbon Disclosure Project
  • Direct any suppliers and outside consultants in support of environmental-related reporting
  • Assess best practices to enhance environmental governance, reporting and alignment with business strategies

Job Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business or another relevant field is required; A Master of Environmental Management (MEM), MBA (with sustainability focus) or another relevant advanced degree is preferred
  • 5 - 10 years' work experience in environmental reporting and/or ESG strategy deployment within a multinational enterprise or equivalent consultancy role
  • Experience managing carbon accounting and environmental performance metrics
  • Solid understanding of sustainability/ESG concepts, reporting frameworks, and regulatory developments
  • Familiarity with science-based targets and decarbonization strategies

Annual Pay Range:

93,200 - 126,700 USD
