We are dedicated to professional development and provide ongoing training to keep our team members abreast of the latest mental health research and methodologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individualized therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to effectively address client needs.
  • Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning to tailor interventions for diverse client presentations.
  • Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure well-rounded client care and referrals when necessary.

Our commitment to accessibility means that clients from all walks of life are welcomed and provided with tailored treatment solutions that best meet their individual needs.

Qualifications

  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
  • A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relating to mental health practice.
  • Exceptional interpersonal communication and rapport-building skills to connect with a diverse range of clients.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialized training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team, contributing to cohesive and comprehensive client care.
  • Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technology is advantageous.
Compensation and Benefits

Greenleaf Psychotherapy LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Our benefits package includes guaranteed annual pay increases, bonus opportunities, paid orientation, monthly professional development resources, and generous paid time off (PTO).
