This position offers a fully remote work setting, allowing mental health counselors the flexibility to tailor their work environment to suit their needs while still being part of a collaborative and multidisciplinary team. Our practice is open from 7 AM to 10 PM, seven days a week, providing staff with a variety of scheduling options to accommodate their lifestyles while ensuring client needs are met. We are dedicated to professional development and provide ongoing training to keep our team members abreast of the latest mental health research and methodologies.

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities to effectively address client needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and treatment planning to tailor interventions for diverse client presentations.
• Deliver therapeutic services to individuals, families, and groups using techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of health professionals to ensure well-rounded client care and referrals when necessary.
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with applicable legal and ethical standards.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, training, and peer supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge.

As a Mental Health Counselor at Greenleaf Psychotherapy LLC, you will work with a diverse clientele, ranging from children and adolescents to adults facing a variety of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and substance misuse. • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington State.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting is required.
• Strong understanding of legal and ethical standards relating to mental health practice.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and rapport-building skills to connect with a diverse range of clients.

• Specialized training or experience in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance abuse counseling is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team, contributing to cohesive and comprehensive client care.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems and related technology is advantageous.

Greenleaf Psychotherapy LLC offers a competitive salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
