Graphics Designer/Customer Service Representative
Position Summary
ABC Imaging is seeking a skilled Graphics Specialist/ Customer Service Representative with 2-5 years of experience in printing, digital graphics, and large-format production. This role involves working closely with high-end media, retail, and commercial clients on complex large-format graphic projects, including vehicle wraps, bus graphics, environmental branding, and large-scale retail displays.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, technically strong, and experienced in print production workflows, file preparation, and color management systems within a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Receive, review, and process incoming artwork and digital production files for print output
  • Perform preflight checks to ensure files meet production standards and client specifications
  • Prepare and optimize files for large-format printing, vehicle wraps, and complex graphic installations
  • Continuously evaluate and improve prepress and production workflows for efficiency and accuracy
  • Maintain and calibrate digital printing equipment using RIP software and color management tools
  • Ensure color accuracy and consistency through proper calibration and profiling processes
  • Collaborate with production, scheduling, and finishing teams to meet tight project deadlines
  • Proof all work for accuracy in color, scale, layout, content, and production specifications
  • Support the graphics and production teams on complex or high-volume projects
  • Apply advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Work with print management and RIP software (e.g., Caldera or similar platforms)
  • Implement color management practices, including ICC profiling, color gamut control, and press calibration

Qualifications
  • 2-5 years of experience in printing, prepress, graphic production, or digital graphics environment
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
  • Strong experience in file preparation, preflighting, and print production correction (layering, trapping, knockouts, overprints)
  • Proven ability to manage complex large-format projects, including vehicle wraps and multi-panel graphics
  • Solid understanding of color management, ICC profiling, and industry color standards
  • Experience with RIP software and color calibration tools (Caldera or equivalent preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to print accuracy and quality control
