Hours: Monday–Thursday, 8AM – 5PM, Friday, 8AM – 1PM

Fabuwood is seeking a dynamic, creative, and motivated Marketing Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department at our HQ in Newark. This role offers the opportunity to create compelling brand experiences, develop high-quality visual content, and support marketing campaigns in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design marketing materials that align with Fabuwood's brand identity and support dealer/showroom sales efforts
  • Create digital assets for campaigns ensuring consistency across all platforms
  • Assist in developing layouts for trade show materials, banners, signage, and promotional displays
  • Collaborate with senior designers to execute creative concepts from initial brief through final production
  • Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines, including approved colors, fonts, logos, and messaging
  • Prepare print-ready files and coordinate with vendors/printers to ensure accurate color reproduction and production quality
  • Assist with packaging design elements and product literature updates as new cabinet lines or finishes are introduced
  • Stay current on design trends and tools to bring fresh ideas to marketing initiatives
  • Take direction and incorporate feedback efficiently while managing multiple projects under deadline pressure

Skills & Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, and other image editing tools
  • Experience with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro)
  • Knowledge of InDesign, Illustrator, and other design platforms
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual design principles
  • Comfortable using AI-powered creative tools (e.g., Flow, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, ChatGPT, Runway ML)
  • Proficiency in SketchUp and V-Ray for 3D modeling and scene creation
  • Ability to produce hyper-realistic renderings for marketing, product presentations, and visual storytelling
  • Strong understanding of major platforms: Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LinkedIn
  • Ability to create or adapt content for various social platforms
  • Familiarity with current social media trends, reels, and short-form video content
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable receiving feedback and collaborating in a team environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines

Experience Required

  • Background in interior design, architecture, furniture design, or a related field
  • Familiarity with cabinetry, material finishes, color palettes, and spatial design
  • Working with files such as floorplans, renderings and 3D models

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interior Design, Architecture, Marketing and 5+ years in a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Portfolio showcasing graphic design work and examples of 3D modeling and photorealistic renderings
