Job Description
Graphic Designer designs print and digital communications for Sarah Bush Lincoln that support the organization's marketing, communications and branding initiatives. The designer demonstrates superior creative, layout and production skills using the Macintosh platform and Adobe Creative Suite to develop high-quality publications, advertising, brochures, signage, presentations, social media graphics and other visual communications. The Graphic Designer works collaboratively with communications staff, marketing representatives and internal clients to produce creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages while maintaining the integrity of the Sarah Bush Lincoln brand.

Hours: Full-Time, 40 hours a week required
Required: BS Degree
Preferred Requirement: experience with print or digital design portfolio
Pay: Based on experience, starting at $25.08
Responsibilities
Assists in proofing of printed materials., Contributes to the planning and implementation of Health Center special events., Contributes to the planning and implementation of Health Center sponsored community events., Coordinates print production with service bureaus, printers and other vendors., Designs printed materials, including: Health Styles (flagship magazine), annual report(s), brochures, mailers, newspaper ads, newsletters, signs, logos, posters, etc., Develop working knowledge of website to serve as a back up to website administration., Guides and instructs graphic interns, as needed., Makes arrangements for photo sessions and provides creative direction for photographers., Obtains bids and production timelines from printer and other vendors., Periodically provides photographic services for the Health Center., Produces or lends creative direction in the production of audio-visual presentations.
