Job Summary
This position serves as the College's professional graphic designer and is responsible for developing creative print, digital, and multimedia communications that support enrollment, advancement, institutional communications, and campus initiatives. The position manages multiple high-profile design projects simultaneously and ensures visual communications are consistent with the College's brand standards.
Responsibilities

Designs and produces creative print, digital, and multimedia materials that support enrollment, advancement, institutional communications, and other College initiatives.
2 -
Develops original graphic designs, illustrations, publications, presentations, infographics, signage, and promotional materials for use across print, web, social media, and other digital platforms.
3 -
Coordinates multiple graphic design projects simultaneously by establishing production schedules, prioritizing assignments, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality communications that support institutional priorities.
4 -
Ensures all graphic design projects comply with the College's brand standards and visual identity guidelines while maintaining consistency across marketing and communication materials.
5 -
Coordinates photography, videography, and other visual content for marketing campaigns, institutional events, and College publications.
6 -
Works directly with commercial printers, photographers, and other vendors to coordinate production specifications, review proofs, and ensure quality, accuracy, and timely delivery of printed and promotional materials.
7 -
Maintains digital design files, graphic assets, and marketing materials while ensuring current branding, accessibility standards, and production specifications are met.
8 -
Provides graphic design consultation and creative support to campus departments to effectively communicate information through visual media.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Educational Requirements
Baccalaureate degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, Fine Arts, Marketing, Communications, or a closely related field.
Other Required Qualifications
Position of Trust; successful completion of a background check required.
Required Experience
More than three years of progressively responsible professional graphic design or visual communications experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Experience
-Experience in higher education, government, or nonprofit marketing.
-Professional photography and videography experience.
-Experience managing print production and vendor relationships.
-Experience designing for websites, social media, email marketing, and digital advertising.
