To thrive as a Graphics Assistant, you need a solid grasp of graphic design principles, attention to detail, and familiarity with visual communication, often supported by a degree or coursework in graphic design or a related field. Proficiency in industry-standard software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and experience with digital asset management systems are typically required.
