Job Title: Graphics Designer
Department: Marketing
Reports To: VP of Marketing
FLSA Status: Exempt
SUMMARY:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the development, execution, and management of high-quality visual design assets that support marketing initiatives across the company's real estate, hospitality, and lifestyle brands. This role requires a strong balance of creative design capability and strategic execution, producing materials across digital and print platforms including marketing campaigns, social media, brand collateral, sales materials, and internal communications. The Graphic Designer collaborates closely with the Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to translate business and marketing objectives into visually compelling designs that align with brand standards and elevate brand presence. This position requires independent judgment, strong project management skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while ensuring consistency, accuracy, and high design standards across all deliverables.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Conceptualize and develop original visual design concepts and creative assets for digital and print platforms, including marketing campaigns, advertising, and brand communications.
Lead the visual concept development for marketing campaigns, events, and brand initiatives, collaborating with marketing leadership to translate strategic goals into original creative direction.
Interpret and evolve brand standards by applying creative judgment to develop new visual approaches that strengthen brand identity and support marketing strategy.
Direct the creative execution of visual designs from concept through final production, ensuring artistic integrity and alignment with campaign objectives.
Develop original visual concepts that communicate marketing and brand objectives, collaborating cross-functionally to shape creative solutions.
Provide creative leadership to maintain and evolve the organization's visual identity across campaigns, platforms, and brand initiatives.
• Develop original visual storytelling concepts and creative assets that support social media strategy and digital brand engagement.
Apply independent creative judgment to refine and evolve design concepts based on strategic feedback and project goals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Revise and update designs based on feedback from stakeholders and management.
• Maintain organized design files and digital asset libraries.
• Incorporate emerging design tools, including AI-assisted platforms, to enhance efficiency and creativity.
• Other duties as assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• 5-10 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in hospitality, lifestyle, or related industries.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign); Canva experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating clean, polished design across digital and print.
• Familiarity with AI-based design tools (such as generative imagery, layout assistance, or asset enhancement)
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and execute efficiently.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to translate concepts and ideas into polished visual designs.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Communications, or related field preferred.
• Video editing and short-form motion content for social media.
• Interest in evolving design technologies and AI-driven creative workflows.
LANGUAGE SKILLS:
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish (preferred).
