Graphic Artist
A. Harold and Associates, LLC (AHA), is seeking qualified candidates for a position as a Graphic Artist. TheGraphic Artist is responsible for media design/layout/development and graphics development on a training product development team, supporting multiple aspects of e-Learning and multi-media training projects. This Jacksonville, FL, opportunity requires full-time in-office support.
This position requires a current SECRET clearance.
Required Skills
  • High proficiency and recent experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Creative Cloud applications, especially intermediate to expert-level experience in Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Strong design skills, particularly in an online and interactive environment, including troubleshooting skills

Specific Duties/Job Requirements
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts, Instructional Systems Designers, and Courseware Developers in the design and development of Instructor Led Training (ILT)
  • Maintain high standards of design, creativity, and adaptability to modern and emerging trends/needs
  • Must have a critical eye and be able to create and adapt to the visual intent of a larger project
  • Must work well in a collaborative team environment, regularly recommending and communicating solutions to non-multimedia-trained personnel
  • Ability to scale design efforts to meet production timelines
  • Ability to function effectively and efficiently in a deadline and budget-oriented environment
