Job description

We are looking for a Creative Designer to join our agency and bring innovative ideas to life through visual design. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for aesthetics and an ability to transform concepts into visually compelling assets across a variety of media, including digital, print, and motion. This role requires a blend of creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deliver exceptional design work.

Responsibilities

  • Conceptualize and create visual assets for a wide range of mediums, including digital, print, social media, and motion graphics.
  • Collaborate with creative teams, account managers, and clients to understand project goals and deliver design solutions that align with the brand's strategy.
  • Design and execute creative concepts for campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
  • Ensure consistency and adherence to brand guidelines across all design work.
  • Prepare and present design concepts to clients, articulating the thought process and creative strategy behind each piece.
  • Stay up-to-date on design trends, tools, and techniques to continually bring fresh and relevant ideas to projects.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met while maintaining a high standard of quality.
  • Create layouts, typography, and visual hierarchies that communicate effectively across different platforms.
  • Work closely with the production team to ensure final files are print-ready or optimized for digital use.
  • Revise designs based on client and internal feedback while maintaining the integrity of the creative vision.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in creative design, preferably within an agency or marketing environment.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of work, including digital, print, and motion design projects.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, etc.) and other design tools.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain creative concepts to clients and team members.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience with UX/UI design and web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).
