POSITION SUMMARY:
The Grants Manager’s main function is to secure and manage grant funding that provides the financial resources needed to make affordable homeownership and repair work possible. The Grants Manager is responsible for the full grant lifecycle, including grant preparation and writing, compliance monitoring, reporting, and closeout. This role prepares technical grant applications by compiling data, documentation, timelines, and budgets, and writing clear narratives that demonstrate project impact. The Grants Manager ensures all construction and repair projects comply with federal, state, and local grant requirements, maintains comprehensive compliance documentation, and coordinates grant closeout processes to ensure the successful completion of all grant-funded activities.
COMPENSATION:
