JOB DESCRIPTION
POSITION: Front Desk Agent DEPARTMENT: Front Desk
REPORTS TO: Front Office Manager
Job Summary: As a Front Desk Agent at The Villa Casa Casuarina, the iconic former Versace Mansion, you will be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our distinguished guests. This unique property blends luxury, history, and world-class hospitality. Your role is to provide exceptional service that reflects the grandeur and elegance of this historic estate while ensuring guests enjoy a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures
  • Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently using our property management system
  • Assist guests with reservations, inquiries, and special requests, showcasing knowledge of the mansion's rich history and exclusive amenities
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and resolve any issues with discretion and tact to maintain the mansion's high service standards
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and concierge teams to ensure impeccable guest experiences
  • Handle phone calls and correspondences professionally, representing the prestige of the mansion
  • Maintain accurate guest records and manage billing and payment procedures

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a hotel or customer service role preferred.
  • Front Desk Agents represent the hotel to the guest throughout all stages of the guest's stay
  • This individual presents options and alternatives to guests and helps in making choices
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a refined environment
  • Familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis, or similar PMS) is a plus.
  • Friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for guest service.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Fluent in English, additional languages a plus
  • Accommodates special requests whenever possible
  • Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and payments
