Essential Functions: - Demonstrate strong communication skills and develop rapport with our guests
- Identify guests' needs and tailor creative experiences for our guests
- Confidently close new sales; overcome objections when necessary
- Collaborate with teammates and leadership to share best practices to increase conversion and maximize revenue
- Complete all tasks including reservation handling efficiently and accurately
- Attend regular meetings and other duties as determined by leadership
