KEY SKILLS/RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Culinary Craftsmanship: Whip up delicious dishes by following standardized recipes with precision. You're all about quality, presentation, and making food look as good as it tastes.
  • Kitchen Time Ninja: Stay ahead of the rush by prepping stations and ingredients efficiently, keeping service smooth during Café and Room Service hours.
  • Detail Defender: Stick to the recipe, keep your space spotless, and follow all sanitation and safety guidelines like a true kitchen pro.
  • Communication & Collaboration: Share ideas, solve problems, and keep cool under pressure. You're a team player who thrives in the heat of the kitchen.
  • Safety First: Stay certified, stay safe, and keep those work habits sharp to avoid injuries and keep the kitchen running like a dream.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
  • High School diploma or equivalent, and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
  • Food Handlers Certification as per state requirements.

Team members support 241 guest rooms, each with a private balcony and desert views, along with on-site dining, the Sonoran Spa, three pools, hot tubs, and horseback-accessible nature paths.
