Are you a master of all maintenance trades, dedicated to ensuring the utmost luxury and comfort for our esteemed guests? We are seeking a skilled professional to uphold the excellence of our facility.
The Opportunity
  • Respond promptly to guest needs and department requests, executing necessary repairs with precision and care.
  • Collaborate with various departments to carry out repairs as needed, maintaining the impeccable standards of our resort.
  • Ensure all preventive maintenance is diligently completed by keeping meticulous inspection and log sheets.
  • Expertly diagnose and address issues, following instructions from supervisors to guarantee seamless operations.
  • Manage inventory efficiently to fulfill job requirements effectively.
  • Report any major repair concerns to Property Operations management promptly.
  • Execute additional tasks as directed by Property Operations managers/directors and the General Manager.
Qualifications
Education: Preference for a high school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Proficiency in all maintenance trades is essential.
Certificates or Licenses: Must hold EPA Universal Certification and possess a valid Driver's License with a clean record.
Your Profile
  • Demonstrated knowledge of electrical, plumbing, water chemistry, and natural gas properties, accompanied by adept use of hand and power tools.
  • Minimum of 1-year experience in HVAC maintenance.
  • Proficiency in utilizing various tools effectively for repair tasks.
  • Strong mathematical skills required for job duties.
  • Physical capability to handle objects up to 100 pounds and move around the resort premises efficiently.
  • Comfort with climbing ladders and working at heights up to 30 feet for extended periods.
  • Ability to internalize and uphold Resort Standards, AAA Diamond standards, and Mystery shopper standards.
