Description -

Job Summary
This role is responsible for supporting the installation of system applications, firmware updates, and configuration/testing activities and providing technical systems management support to design and develop complex technical designs. The role collaborates with customer-designated representatives, establishing and maintaining positive relationships, and offering planning and design support for solution architectures. The role actively engages in technical forums and contributes to a knowledge-sharing culture by ensuring proper documentation and reporting of imperative information.
Responsibilities
Supports in installing new system applications, updating firmware, and configuring/testing activities, alongside applications programming for assigned modules within larger programs, and participation in customer meetings.
Utilizes the understanding of organization's technologies to offer technical systems management support and contribute to intricate technical designs that align with customer requirements.
Operates with minimal direction from a technical lead, collaborating with customer-designated representatives to achieve assigned objectives, while also maintaining positive relationships with team members and customers.
Provides planning and design support for the development of solution architectures or technical solutions in a multiple system environment.
Engages in technical forums within the organization's ecosystem and local professional communities, contributing to and leveraging shared information.
Coordinates with internal project management, consulting, support, and product development resources to ensure timely and quality customer delivery.
Gathers, documents, and helps form/guide client business requirements, key performance indicators, and other functional and/or technical requirements.
Assists in the technical scoping of engagements and works with practice principals to determine the duration of effort.
Develops conclusions, recommendations, and written reports, contributing proactively through research and data analysis support, and sharing knowledge to foster a knowledge management culture.
Works independently on moderate scope problems, applying professional expertise, exercising judgment, and resolving various issues by following company policies and procedures.
Education & Experience Recommended
Four-year or Graduate Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
Typically has 2-4 years of work experience, preferably in implementation consultancy, customer support, focused technology areas, or a related field or an advanced degree with little or no work experience.

Salary

The pay range for this role is$62,300-$90,350USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
