Position Overview

As a Licensed Graduate Social Worker, you will provide therapeutic services to adults under these clinical supervision of a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW-C/LICSW-C). This role blends therapy, rehabilitation support, and care coordination to promote recovery, independence, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and client intakes
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide individual, family, and group therapy
  • Collaborate with PRP staff and multidisciplinary teams
  • Deliver services in office, community, and via telehealth
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Provide crisis intervention and safety planning

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelorโ€™s or Masterโ€™s degree in Social Work or related field
  • Active Maryland LG license
  • Strong interest in community mental health

Preferred:

  • Experience with Psychiatric Rehabilitation Programs (PRP)
  • Knowledge of Medicaid documentation requirements
