Responsibilities
Position Purpose:
As the EPMO function has expanded its services globally there is a need to continue to grow and bring in new talent to help drive the team forwards and ensure we have global coverage. With a variety of projects being undertaken within the EPMO there is a need for a Graduate Project Manager to come in to support other Project Managers and run some smaller initiatives where required. This Graduate Project Manager will be based out of the US where we have an established team of Project Managers reporting into the EPMO function.
Primary duties will include:
  • Assisting in the management and delivery of projects to ensure they fall within the agreed scope and budget.
  • Liaising with team members and management to establish project roadmaps.
  • Pulling together and maintaining project documentation using a variety of project tools.
  • Planning and managing resource allocation with other competing priorities.
  • Tracking and communicating project risks and opportunities.
  • Organising project team meetings and recording minutes.
  • Preparing presentations to update senior team members on project progress and showcasing a project's value.
  • Delegating tasks to team members where required.
  • Working with senior management to continually improve current processes.
  • Organising and attending stakeholder meetings.

Hiring Rate Range $50,000 - $60,000 per year (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills and abilities of the applicant, internal equity and alignment with market data).
