You'lljoin a 12-month development experience designed for recent graduates ready to build a meaningful career in insurance. From day one,you'llbuild an understanding of how different risks are assessed, placed, and managed, while developing the technical and commercial skills needed to advise clients effectively.

You'llgain experience across specialist areas including:

Throughout the program,you'lldevelop the technical knowledge, commercial awareness, and professional skills needed to succeed in a broking career. Your experience will include structured learning, professional development workshops, networking opportunities, mentoring, and access to senior leaders through speaker events and interactive sessions.

Whatyou'llbe doing

  • Rotate across teams including Financial Institutions, Cyber, and Directors & Officers Liability, gaining broad exposure to Financial Lines insurance and claims.

  • Support client accounts and learn how insurance programs are designed, marketed, and placed.

  • Assistwith presentations, submissions, renewal strategies, and other client deliverables.

  • Research industries, emerging risks, and market trends to support client and placement activities.

  • Build relationships with insurers and underwriters while developing an understanding of coverage structures and negotiations.

  • Participate in client meetings, internal strategy discussions, and renewal planning sessions.

  • Gain exposure to claims management, client servicing, and the broader insurance lifecycle.

  • Develop the technical, commercial, and relationship-building skills needed for a successful career in broking.
