Compensation and training

  • $1,000 sign‑on bonus payable after upgrade; $500 performance bonus at 90 days post‑upgrade.
  • Mileage pay increases at 3, 6 and 12 months following training completion.
  • Tuition reimbursement up to $5,000 for CDL school (terms and eligibility apply).
